HIT - Health Information Technology: Articles (databases)

Library resources for the HIT student

Where do I find articles?

The best place to find articles is to search the Library's databases. They contain magazines, journals, newspapers, reference books, video files, audio files, and podcasts.  The Database Searching video on this page will help you better understand databases and how to search them.

Which database has information for many HIT assignments?

Kirtland Librarians recommend the ProQuest Nursing and Allied Health Source database for its full-text articles from the HIT trade journals, Health Management Technology and Journal of AHIMA.  Can't see the pdf?  Try opening it in another browser.
