Random Acts of Kindness Week - February 14-20, 2021
Kirtland - Let's celebrate together by showing kindness to our friends, family, and those we don't know.
A small gesture or a few kind words can make a big difference in someone's day!
Make Kindness the Norm!

Here are some things you can do:
Cook dinner for your family. Buy someone hot chocolate or coffee.
Call a friend. Shovel snow of a neighbor.
Pick up stray paper on the floor or in your neighborhood. Say hello to someone you don't know.
Hold the door for someone. Eat lunch with someone new.
Say "thank you" to an instructor. Stop to help someone who looks lost.
Make sure everyone is included. Offer a listening ear to someone who is struggling.
Let someone go in front of you in line. Practice patience.
And, don't forget - be kind to Yourself!
Write your kindness deeds on a sticky note in any of the following places....
