Need Materials from the Kirtland Library?

The Kirtland Library is located at Kirtland's Grayling campus. If you do not live near the Grayling campus, we may be able to make arrangements for you to pick up items, including calculators and Chromebooks, from the Kirtland Gaylord M-TEC location. Contact the Library staff for more information.

Library Card Account

All library patrons will need to complete a short application form before borrowing materials. Current students and employees can complete the Application for Students and Employees. Your Kirtland ID number will be connected to your library account and serve as your library card.

Study Rooms

Is it o.k. for my study group to meet in the library?

Yes! We have rooms just for group work. We also have a Quiet Room that has computers and tables and no talking. Contact the reference librarian ahead of time to reserve a study room.

How do I reserve a room?

You may reserve a room up to four weeks in advance either by telephone or in person. Rooms may be reserved by a group for up to a maximum of three hours in one-half hour increments.
