Our digital library from OverDrive offers Kirtland Library patrons free eBooks and audiobooks. Read and listen on your phone, tablet, or e-reader using the Libby app, or access OverDrive's desktop site in your browser. The digital library is open 24/7!
Borrowing Info
OverDrive and Libby are available to all Kirtland Library students, staff, faculty, and public patrons who have a valid library card.
- Titles are automatically returned at the end of the lending period.
- Check out up to 5 titles at a time.
- Borrow ebook and audiobook titles for up to 21 days.
- You can place a hold on up to 3 titles at a time.
What is Libby?
Libby is a free app from Overdrive where you can enjoy eBooks and audiobooks from the OverDrive collection. You can stream titles with Wi-Fi or mobile data, or download them for offline use and read anytime, anywhere. You can also send borrowed eBooks to your Kindle, or download and transfer them to supported e-readers.
Add Library Cards
Many public libraries offer OverDrive and Libby access to their patrons. You can add additional library cards on your account, and increase the size and variety of titles available. Click here to learn more from the Libby Help site. Contact your local public library for your login information.
