Writing & Citing Help: Videos - Quoting & Paraphrasing

Your writing resource center with help from brainstorming to polishing your papers.

Confused by Citing?

This page has hints and videos to help you sort out questions regarding the difference between paraphrasing and quoting. Give it a browse when you are not under the stress of putting together a paper so that you will know where to find help when you are busy on a paper.

Help with Paraphrasing

In this box, you will find videos that focus on paraphrasing. If you are struggling with putting information from your source into your paper in your own words and citing that source, this is where you want to look. Remember, paraphrased information still must be cited as you are still using someone else's work and/or ideas.
