Early Alerts will be:

• turned on Monday, Jan. 13, 2025.
• turned off Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025.

This is for student in 16 week & the 1st 8 week courses. 

Last Day to Drop for:

• 16 week courses is Friday, Jan. 24, 2025.
• 1st 8 weeks courses is Friday, Jan. 17, 2025.
• 2nd 8 weeks courses is Wednesday, Mar. 12, 2025.

Issue an Early Alert:

• Report ASAP if a student has NOT attended within the first 3 days of a face-to-face class.
• Within the first week when you have identified a student who has not participated in an online class.

Faculty will receive the Enrollment Census Data Campaign link in their Kirtland email.

• 16 week courses - Start: Monday, Jan. 27, 2025. Due: Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025.
• 1st 8 weeks courses - Start: Monday, Jan. 20, 2025. Due: Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025.
• 2nd 8 weeks courses - Start: Thursday, Mar. 13, 2025. Due: Friday, Mar. 14, 2025.

Faculty will report on ALL students for Financial Aid.

Progress Reports can be issued any time during the following dates:

• On - Friday, Jan. 31, 2025 at 8 a.m.
• Off - Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.

Issue a progress report on a student who is struggling academically.

Last day for students to withdraw from Fall classes is as follows:

• 16-week courses is Friday, April 4, 2025.
• 1st 8 week courses is Monday, Feb. 24, 2025.
• 2nd 8 week courses Monday, April 28, 2025.

Week 7 Campaign WITH GRADES for 16 week courses only.

Faculty will report on ALL students and enter current grade.

• Begins Monday, Feb. 24, 2025 and ends Monday, Mar. 3, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.

Faculty will receive a link to the Progress Report Campaign in their Kirtland email on Monday, October 7, 2024

to complete this campaign. This link is the only way to access the Campaign.
