Provides information on attendance criteria and how to create an Early Alert and Progress Report.

Early Alerts

Early Alerts will be:

  • turned on Monday, May 13, 2024.
  • turned off Monday, May 20, 2024.

Last Day to Drop for:

  • 12 week  courses is Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
  • 7 week courses is Friday, May 17, 2024.
  • 10 week courses - Check with Student Services

Issue an Early Alert:

  • Report ASAP if a student has NOT attended within the first 3 days of a face-to-face class.
  • Within the first week when you have identified a student who has not participated in an online class.

Enrollment Census Data Campaign

Faculty will receive the Enrollment Census Data Campaign link in their Kirtland email as follows:

  • For all courses: Email sent Wednesday, May 22, 2024. Due Friday, May 25, 2024

Faculty will report on ALL students.

Progress Reports

Progress Reports can be issued any time during the following dates:

  • On - Thursday, May 29, 2024 at 8 a.m.
  • Off - Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.

Issue a progress report on a student who is struggling academically.
